Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Select the reason for your return and download your prepaid FedEx shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Gear
Place your unworn or trail-tested shoes in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
