We offer a 30-day 'Trial Run' guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your shoes in any condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
How do I find the right size in Altra shoes?
Most runners find that Altra shoes fit true to size, but we recommend measuring your feet and consulting our size chart. Because of the wider toe box, you may feel you have more room than traditional shoes, which is intentional for foot health.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, we provide a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper fit, or damage caused by misuse.
